SAVANNAH, Georgia (WTOC) — The Jewish Educational Alliance in Savannah took up a vintage circus theme on Sunday.
It’s all part of JEA’s annual gala. There were even aerialist performances and live music.
The gala will benefit the JEA’s educational and community programs.
The organizers say it will also be the first opportunity to host the event without widespread COVID effects.
“This is of course a fundraiser, but also an opportunity for us to come together as a community. This is the first time we’ve been back in three years. So it’s just nice to be able to get back together, in addition to raising money for all these programs of course.”
The gala included a silent auction and circus-themed catering.
