在国际上较早开展了反铁磁自旋电子学研究,阐明了反铁磁磁矩翻转的抗阻尼力矩机制,发现了反铁磁自旋霍尔效应;观察到交错自旋劈裂力矩效应,是交错磁体的“原创实验”,通过晶体对称性操控实现了交错磁体及其数据读写性能的有效调控;全创新链地开展了声表面波材料与器件技术研究,构筑了新型多层结构滤波器;将磁性材料集成到声学射频器件,开发出低探测极限的弱磁传感器和小体积、大带宽、高辐射效率的磁电天线。科学出版社出版《自旋电子学材料与器件》专著一部。在Nature (1),Nat.
